Our Client Consultant, Chris is very professional and super knowledgeable with the product and window installation process as he’s been with the company for 24 years in all different roles. He knew exactly what was wrong with our old windows and doors and provided assurance his company could fix the issue. He listened to our concerns/needs/wants and gave us guidance in choosing the right products, never pushing anything on us that we didn’t want. We ended up getting better products with better options for less than what other companies quoted us! During the measuring process we had an unexpected challenge. Energy Swing worked with us as we navigated the issue and provided a solution that benefited all of us. For our installation days, we had the pleasure of having the awesome crew that consisted of Fred (the Installation Manager), Steve G., Steve S., Tony and Dale. They were all courteous, friendly and funny. They strived for perfection and my doors and windows came out so beautiful. They cleaned up so well that it seemed like they were never here in my house and yard. I highly recommend Energy Swing to anyone looking for a great product, great price and great people!

After getting quotes from our contractors, we felt it was worth going with the product that we have used before and have had no issues with after 15 years. We are thrilled and cannot wait to use them again in the future. It’s always a pleasure working with Donnie and our installers, Fred, Steve & Steven were very professional.

If I had to describe them in one word, it would be "Respect" Throughout the entire process, working with Donnie during the sales process, Jeff during scheduling, our installers Dale and Tony, we were treated with the utmost respect. The care everyone took inside our home was greatly appreciated. Little details such as the Red Carpet laid out upon entry, covering our carpet so not to dirty it (which it already was with 2 kids and a dog!), and clearning up after themselves every day... the Energy Swing team treated our house as their own. It's easy to see why they have so many 5 Star Reviews and everyone in the area continues to use them. As far as the windows, you can tell the quality just by opening them one time. Such a stark difference between the original windows we had and these new one Energy Swing installed. Thank you everyone involved with our job!
